Add IV Booster if desired
“My wife and I planned a relaxing afternoon date and decided to try out the IV Hydration Bar at Skin Hub & Co a couple weekends ago. Neither of us had ever tried something like this before but we were excited to have a little time away from the kids and hopeful that we would be able to feel some positive effects from the service. We both opted for the Myers Drip-The OG and I can honestly say that the following week I had a lot more energy at work, home, and at the gym. It was noticeable but not the type of jittery energy you would get from caffeine. During my workouts that following week my energy and mood were both elevated and my wife and I are looking forward to booking another appointment soon. Beautiful location!”

FAQs
IV Hydration
-
An IV Hydration bar is a facility that provides intravenous (IV) therapy to deliver fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream. Services often include hydration, energy boosts, and vitamin infusions to address various health and wellness needs.
-
IV hydration delivers fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. This allows for faster absorption and more efficient rehydration compared to traditional methods like drinking water or taking oral supplements.
-
IV therapy is generally safe when administered by trained professionals. However, as with any medical procedure, there can be some risks, such as infection or allergic reactions. It's crucial to disclose your medical history to the staff and follow their recommendations.
-
IV hydration can benefit a wide range of individuals, including those with dehydration from illness, athletes, individuals with hangovers, and those seeking a quick energy boost or immune system support. Consultation with healthcare professionals at the IV Hydration bar can help determine suitability.
-
The duration of an IV hydration session varies based on the specific treatment and individual needs. Sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, during which you can relax in a comfortable setting while receiving the infusion.
-
While some IV Hydration bars accept walk-ins, it's often recommended to schedule an appointment. This ensures that the staff can allocate enough time for your session and address any specific concerns or preferences you may have.
-
During a session, you'll be seated in a comfortable chair. A healthcare professional will insert a small needle into a vein, and the IV fluids will gradually infuse into your bloodstream. You can use the time to relax, read, or even work on your laptop, depending on the facility.
-
The frequency of IV hydration treatments varies based on individual needs and health goals. While occasional sessions for specific purposes are generally safe, it's crucial not to rely on IV therapy as a sole source of hydration. Regular consultation with healthcare professionals can help determine a suitable schedule for your needs without dependency.
Injectables
-
Injectable treatments at an IV Hydration and Aesthetics bar often include cosmetic procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers. These aim to enhance facial aesthetics by reducing wrinkles, fine lines, and restoring volume to specific areas.
-
Botox works by temporarily paralyzing muscles that cause wrinkles, smoothing out lines. Dermal fillers, on the other hand, add volume to areas with lost elasticity and plumpness. While Botox targets muscle movement, dermal fillers focus on restoring facial contours.
-
Injectable treatments are generally safe when administered by qualified and experienced professionals. Common side effects may include temporary redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site. Serious complications are rare but can occur, so it's important to choose a reputable provider.
-
The duration of effects varies depending on the specific injectable used. Botox typically lasts around 3 to 6 months, while dermal fillers can last from 6 months to a year or more. Maintenance treatments are usually required to sustain the results.
-
Injectable treatments are suitable for individuals looking to address signs of aging, such as wrinkles or volume loss. A consultation with a healthcare professional at the aesthetics bar will help determine if you are a suitable candidate based on your health and aesthetic goals.
-
Injectable treatments often have minimal downtime. Some individuals may experience mild swelling or bruising at the injection site, but these effects typically subside within a few days. Most people can resume their regular activities immediately after the procedure.
-
The duration of an injectable treatment session can vary based on the specific procedure and the number of areas being treated. Generally, sessions can range from 15 minutes to an hour, allowing for a quick and convenient aesthetic enhancement.
-
Appointments are usually necessary for injectable treatments to ensure proper scheduling and personalized attention. The frequency of treatments depends on the specific injectable and individual goals, with follow-up sessions typically scheduled as needed to maintain results.
